We loved the hotel's superb location near shopping centers, right by Hakata station, and with a 7-11 next door. the room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and the staff was very helpful.

I recently stayed at Tenza Hotel At Hakata Station for two nights. the location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. the room was surprisingly spacious with a massage chair and a comfortable bed. the breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was very helpful. Being next to a Family Mart was convenient, and the smart TV with access to Hulu and YouTube was a nice touch.

100% Recommend this hotel.

Tenza Hotel At Hakata exceeded expectations. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a superbly comfortable bed. Hot water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Located a convenient 10-minute walk from the station, close to amenities like 7/11 and Yodobashi.

I spent an amazing Christmas at a hotel with great facilities and an excellent location. the hotel's rooms were cozy, and even though they were small, they were well-equipped with smart TVs and accessible Wi-Fi. the best part was its location close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. I was thrilled that there was a Family Mart next door, making it convenient for me to grab breakfast and other meals when I needed them.
