The hotel had a great location, just a short stroll away from the beach and a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars. the room had a small but cozy terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. the common outdoor area was a nice touch, with a swing and tables and chairs for guests to relax in.

The room was quite small and cramped, especially for a family of four. the lack of daily room service was a bit of an inconvenience, and the temperature in the room was difficult to control, as it was either too hot or too cold.

We had the best stay in Portugal at this place. It had a cozy and homely vibe, like staying in a house. the shared yard and cute lounge area were perfect for breakfast. There was even an honesty bar and coffee maker available. Our room was absolutely stunning, especially since we were upgraded to a sea view room. Waking up to the beautiful view every morning was a dream. the location was ideal, right by the train station for easy access to Lisbon or Cascais, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. the room itself was modern, clean, and had a spacious bathroom, making it perfect for couples. the TV even had Netflix, allowing us to relax and watch our favorite shows in the comfy bed. the staff were extremely friendly, even texting to check if everything was okay upon arrival, and allowing us to store our bags until our departure. it was a wonderful week-long stay and we would rate it 10/10.

Our room at A House In Estoril - Adults Only was cozy and of high quality, offering a comfortable stay. Despite the rain, the beautiful garden was a lovely place to relax. The main common area was also very nice and provided a great space to unwind. The door codes made access to the room very convenient. The location was ideal, with a 30-minute drive to Lisbon town centre. The communication and check-in process were easy and efficient. we had a positive experience and would definitely stay again.

One drawback was the lack of communication with the property once we arrived. Additionally, we encountered a bad smell coming from the sink on the first day but didn't receive a response when we reported it.

We had a romantic escape and loved the stylish and spacious room with its soft bed. the room was clean and had a TV and air conditioning. the location was awesome, within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the top-notch common facilities and the helpful staff.

there was no place to store our luggage after we checked out, which was inconvenient when we wanted to spend more time at the beach before leaving.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the beach and not far from the center of Lisbon. It offers easy access to Cascais as well. The rooms are small but well-equipped, with comfortable beds and great views from the balcony. The common areas are also a plus, with a pleasant courtyard and a cozy lounge room.

It would have been nice to have slippers in the room for added comfort.
