The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to the bus terminals and just a short walk from the Canal City shopping center. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a separate shower room and toilet. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable.

There is a slight issue with the exhaust smell from the restaurant on the lower floors, but this can be resolved by using the air purifier humidifier in the room.

The staff's attitude was fantastic, they were helpful and friendly. I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave available for guest usage. The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station, made it easy to get around. It was a straight road down, no need to worry about directions. Being near Canal City was a plus, with Matsuya and convenience stores right across the street.

The hotel had a beautiful modern lobby with nice rooms. the location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. One of the best things was the onsen and the large shower in the room.

First, the mattress was very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. there weren't enough washing machines, so there was always a long wait to do laundry.
