Our stay was highlighted by the superb location. connected directly to the Ginza subway. The room was spacious and had a lovely hot tub on the balcony that we thoroughly enjoyed.

However, there were no basic kitchen supplies, which made it tricky when traveling with kids. Breakfast options felt limited and on the pricier side, leaving us wanting more variety.

Request a down pillow if you prefer softer bedding, as the standard Japanese pillows can be a bit firm.

absoluteley mediocre experience at the gate hotel. the breakfast options are just sad and limited. Staff at the bar closed at 10pm, click to be ignored. I expected room service after a long day, but no, nothing. a warm welcome could have made all the difference, but I just couldn’t feel special here.

Just spent 8 nights in a super spacious Deluxe King Room. The toilet was huge, and everything felt so modern. Loved being close to Ginza station and found a handy convenience store nearby. Staff was super friendly, but the breakfast could use more choices. Check out the bar/lounge area for a nice afternoon drink!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Imperial Theater and caught a classic concert at the Nissei Theater. The hotel is modern and super clean. It's close to transport, making getting around a breeze. Just make sure you check out the breakfast options. they’re pretty well prepared!

But seriously, the room was a tad cozy—more of a snuggle than a stretch! And if you want a spa day, you might need to book a different hotel.
