We had a wonderful girls weekend celebrating our cousin's 50th birthday at Holiday Inn Express in Bay City. The size of our room with the extra sitting room space was perfect. The staff was accommodating and the whole hotel was nice and clean. We especially loved the generously-sized whirlpool tub and the fact that the maintenance man promptly fixed a draining issue. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the Chobani yogurt was a favorite. We also appreciated the staff's willingness to switch out the feather pillows for non-feather ones due to allergies. a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Traxler Holiday Inn in Bay City. We were visiting relatives and stayed here for three times in the past eighteen months. The staff, especially Allison, Devon, Dawn, Tammy, Beverly. The breakfast was outstanding, and Tina did a great job managing a large group of teenagers. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was professional and friendly. We appreciated their understanding of our service dog, and they thanked my husband for his military service. Any issues with unruly guests were promptly handled. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this location three times in the past eighteen months! Each time after the first reservation they immediately remembered us and welcome us like family. The staff, including Devon, Dawn, Tammy, Beverly, Shay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the extra sitting room space. The breakfast was hot, delicious, and had plenty of options. We appreciated the convenient location of the dining area, especially when my daughter wasn't feeling well. our experience was fantastic!

There were some drawbacks during our stay. the beds were hard and uncomfortable, not providing us with a good night's sleep.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch - the bathroom was spotless and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. The bed linens were great, and I loved that they used a sheet over and under the duvet-style bedding so that only the sheets touched my skin. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the jacuzzi tub in my room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made me feel like family. They even remembered me from previous stays and went out of their way to make my visit special. The breakfast provided by Beverly was outstanding, and she also took care of room preparation. this was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in, and I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and support.
