The capsules were surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities I needed. the bed and pillow were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to move around. the bathrooms were clean with strong showers, and they even provided shampoo, conditioner, and face cleanser. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the nearest station and downtown Shinjuku. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating. The bathrooms in this hotel were impressive. They were well-maintained, with private showers and spacious toilet booths. It was a blessing to have such clean and comfortable facilities. The location of the hotel was a major plus. It was conveniently located near Shin-Okubo Station, making it easy to access various parts of the city. This was great for exploring Tokyo during my Christmas stay.

The beds in this hotel were extremely uncomfortable. the mattresses were thin, providing little support and I could even feel the hard wood beneath.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, including a cute laundry room with free detergent. We also loved the friendly atmosphere of the hotel, where we had the opportunity to meet and chat with people from different countries. It made us feel like we belonged there.

the Global Hotel was a great choice for my trip. the capsules were clean, comfortable, and private. I was impressed by the security lockers provided for my belongings. Each pod had lights and a socket/USB port, which was convenient. the spacious bathrooms had plenty of showers for the guests. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Shinjuku station and the circular line. the hotel was situated on a quiet street but still close to the vibrant nightlife. the reception area and roof terrace were great places to relax and meet other guests.

The Global Hotel Tokyo exceeded my expectations as a business traveler. The English-speaking staff, small but satisfying breakfast, and in-room television were highly appreciated.

My son and I had a fantastic stay at Global Hotel. The capsule beds were comfortable, snug, and safe, giving us a unique and enjoyable experience. The capsules had plenty of space, with a TV, personal light, and earphone provided. The bathrooms were clean, with strong showers and separate private bathtubs available. The location was fabulous, just a short walk from Shin Okubo station on the Yamanote line and within walking distance of downtown Shinjuku. We loved the simple breakfast provided at the reception, perfect for those on the go. Global Hotel provided clean and comfortable accommodations in a great location.

I recently had a great experience at Global Hotel in Tokyo! the capsule was super spacious, I could even fit my 21-inch luggage inside the locker. the bed in the capsule was comfortable and had a flat screen TV. the staff at the 24-hour front desk were friendly and efficient, and they even provided a free light breakfast. it was a surprisingly good first capsule hotel experience.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. the capsule style rooms were perfect for blocking out light and providing privacy. the beddings were incredibly comfortable - the most comfortable I've experienced in all my years of traveling. the staff were extremely nice and the location was centrally located, with easy access to train stations. the bathrooms were clean and they provided all the necessary amenities, including a sheet mask for my face.

Great central location, easy access to public transportation and popular nightlife spots. the capsule beds were surprisingly comfy and felt secure. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, with good English skills.

The check-out time was not clearly communicated, resulting in an unpleasant interaction with a rude staff member who tried to charge us extra. the lack of regulations for visitors meant that noise levels were high, especially at night.

Our stay at The Global Hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, especially Jason who always went above and beyond. The hotel itself is very clean and in a great location. We appreciated the simple breakfast options provided every morning, and the convenience of having multiple convenience stores nearby. The proximity to JR Shin-Okubo station, only a 3-minute walk away, made it super convenient for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is also quite new, so everything was in great condition. We loved the rooftop lounge and the laundry room on the 4th/5th floor. a wonderful experience at The Global Hotel.

The Global Hotel Tokyo offers comfortable capsules with great amenities, including a TV, charging port, adjustable air conditioning, and inbuilt alarm clock. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with new shower cubicles. Complementary breakfast is provided, along with a microwave for guests to use. The location is excellent, with malls and Shinjuku station nearby.

stayed here after a bad experience in another Tokyo hotel, but Global Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean and comfortable, with spacious capsules and helpful staff. Great location near Shin-okubo Station. They provided towels, toothbrushes, and even shampoo and conditioner. Will definitely stay here again.
