The room at Grand Court Tsu Nishi was surprisingly spacious and clean, with unique themed floors. The hotel goes above and beyond by providing an ironing board and even a hair curler. I appreciated the effort of the staff, who tried their best to answer our questions despite the language barrier. The buffet breakfast offered by the hotel was a convenient perk. Free bikes were available for exploring Tsu and its surroundings. The toiletries provided at reception were abundant and the variety of skincare options was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel, just a short walk from the station, was very convenient. The check-out time of 12pm/midday was much appreciated.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, making it a bit challenging to take a comfortable shower. It would have been nice to have coffee sachets available in the room for guests' convenience.

The hotel provided free bicycles, a self-service laundry room, and a variety of amenities including skincare products and green tea latte. It was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, as well as being a short distance from the train station.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking and the shower was a tight fit for tall individuals.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Tsu station. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English very well. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent pillows for a great night's sleep. The complimentary self-care products were a nice touch, and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.

The bathroom was a bit tight, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower.
