The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke fluent English, making communication easy. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a Family Mart just a 3-minute walk away and the Asakusa Station and Don Quijote within a 10-minute walk. The bed in the room was surprisingly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dust on various surfaces and debris around the perimeter. The temperature control in the room was also not satisfactory, as the fridge did not get cold enough and the air conditioning did not get as cool as desired.

Had a great Xmas at this hotel. Loved the spacious and modern room, with a cozy bed and clean bathroom. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and close to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Sensoji Temple. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of dishes. I also appreciated the free coffee, tea, and snacks available in the lobby.

The uncomfortable pajamas and the walk to the metro station, which took about 10 minutes. However, considering the value for money and the overall positive experience, these were minor inconveniences.

The noise level in the corridors, with adults and children yelling. It would have been helpful if the hotel had posted signs in multiple languages asking guests to keep their voices down.

the in-suite washroom was fantastic! high tech "throne", giant bathtub, perfect for soaking after a long day. complimentary smart phone for unlimited data and calls. excellent location near famous temple.

The extras such as access to the dining room with free ice cream, coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. Cleanliness, helpful staff, and free toiletries. Walking distance to local attractions, markets, and an awesome cafe called February Kitchen near the amusement park. Short walk to the station and Lawson store next door. Back streets are great for exploring, and we discovered a market full of bonsai's on Sunday evening.

We had a great stay at Kanzashi Tokyo Asakusa. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and we found it to be a great value for the price. The location was convenient, with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. The only minor drawbacks were the distance to the train station and the small size of the room. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tokyo.

The location is very convenient. You can easily reach all shopping malls throughout Tokyo via the nearby Asakusa subway station. it's just a short walk away from the famous Asakusa shrine.
