amazing staff and great breakfast make stay unforgettable

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast offered a diverse range of delicious foods. The pool view from our balcony was fantastic!

Our stay was quite enjoyable! The spacious room offered gorgeous views of the Formula 1 track, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally attentive, catering to our needs.

However, breakfast was a bit chaotic with a crowded atmosphere, and the noise from nearby events sometimes disrupted our rest. Also, there were only limited dining options available.

The front office team provided exceptional service, especially Honey, who made our check-in seamless. The breakfast selection was astonishing, but I wish the dining area was quieter. Overall, a pleasant stay with access to nearby attractions.

the toilet was an adventure, shaking with every use. the breakfast was a chaotic nightmare, so crowded and noisy. I thought a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice after all that hassle, but I guess not. almost gave 2 stars, but just couldn’t do it. needs lots of improvements, as the decor feels stuck in the 90s.

staying at yas rotana was fantastic! the hotel is close to yas mall and various theme parks. the staff helped us feel at home, and the stylish lobby was welcoming. we enjoyed the beach access, making it easy to relax and unwind after a busy day.

We had an amazing time enjoying the kids pool right next to the adult pool, making it super convenient for the whole family. The piña colada from the pool bar was a hit, and the special birthday cake for my son was a delightful surprise!

Upon arrival, they greeted us and got us set up in a spacious suite on the 9th floor just like we asked. The view of the formula 1 track was spectacular and my kids loved having their own proper beds in the living room.
