The hotel is conveniently located right on the ski slopes, allowing guests to easily access the slopes for a day of skiing. Additionally, it is close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for guests to explore the local area and try out different dining options. The rooms are warm and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that guests feel welcome and taken care of during their stay.

There is limited storage space in the rooms, with not enough drawers or shelving to unpack and store clothes and belongings.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the facilities were fantastic; there were amazing views and the ski in/out feature made everything more convenient. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. the shuttle service was timely, and the cafe in the hotel was great for a quick breakfast.

The hotel was brand new and it showed; there was still an overpowering smell of paint and new carpet in our room.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Niseko that exceeded my expectations. the location was unbeatable, with ski-in/ski-out access right from the hotel. It made hitting the slopes a breeze and allowed me to maximize my time on the snow. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking care of every detail during my stay. They even went above and beyond by arranging ski rentals to be delivered directly to the hotel. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the views! The hotel was situated in a prime spot, offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding mountains. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to each day on the slopes.

All in all, this hotel provided a wonderful experience and I truly couldn't find any faults.

Absolutely loved staying at The Maples! The ski-in ski-out feature was so convenient, and the room was cozy and comfortable. Having a washing machine and kitchenette made our longer stay so much easier. The location was perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
