The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even arranged a special surprise for my wife's birthday, which made our stay extra special. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and bars to explore. We also loved the comfortable bed and the incredible shower in our room.

The lack of clear signage for the hotel within the building, which made it confusing for us and other guests to find. the lighting in the room could have been better, as it was a bit harsh.

The room was exactly as pictured and the bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the huge shower head made for an incredible shower experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back again! I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a small but very central room at Hostal Alexis. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. The room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was accommodating and even got our room ready before the normal check-in hour. I would definitely recommend this hostel for its central location and good service.
