The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even arranged a special surprise for my wife's birthday, which made our stay extra special. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and bars to explore. We also loved the comfortable bed and the incredible shower in our room.

The lack of clear signage for the hotel within the building, which made it confusing for us and other guests to find. the lighting in the room could have been better, as it was a bit harsh.

I had a fantastic stay at Hostal Alexis in Madrid! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room was exactly as pictured and the bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the huge shower head made for an incredible shower experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back again! I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a small but very central room at Hostal Alexis. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. The room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was accommodating and even got our room ready before the normal check-in hour. I would definitely recommend this hostel for its central location and good service.

This hotel is just perfect. The location is right in the city center, making it so convenient to explore all the major sights on foot. The service is fantastic - the staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The rooms are so cozy with two balcony windows that give the room a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast is included, which is a great bonus. And all at such a great value for money.

the central location made it super easy to get around and explore this fabulous city. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a busy day wandering the streets.

The unnecessary plastic wrapping for shower products was also not environmentally-friendly. Nonetheless, overall my stay was enjoyable and the positives significantly outweighed the negatives.
