The projector in the capsule room was not aligned correctly, causing some inconvenience.

stayed in kyoto before but millennials exceeded expectations. comfy beds, great showers, convenient location. close to river for running, bus stops, and train stations. lots of restaurants and shops nearby. loved the control over the bed using ipod, turning it into a sofa. large comfortable common area with well-stocked kitchen.

I stayed at Millennials for a few nights during my trip to explore Kyoto. The location was perfect, with plenty of food and transportation options nearby. The hotel itself was clean, minimalistic, and high-tech. The bed was absolutely amazing, providing both comfort and privacy, which is a rare find in hostels. The main space of the hostel was beautifully modern and practical. I loved using the iPod touch to control the bed and lights, and the complementary bag with useful items was a nice touch. The free beer and complimentary tea and coffee added to the overall positive experience. The staff was friendly and the bed was spacious with ample storage room underneath, perfect for luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the comfortable beds and the surprisingly cozy pods. The hotel has amazing amenities, including a beamer and a big drawer under the bed. it was a great experience for budget travelers like us.

The hotel was located in a prime area, making it convenient to explore the city. the design and concept of the pods were incredibly innovative and unique. I loved being able to control the lights and bed with a nifty iPod remote. the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and I was able to fit my big luggage under the bed easily. the showers were always clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The iPod remote did tend to lose power quickly, but it wasn't a major issue since I always carried a spare battery. the laundry facilities were a bit pricey, though the machines were new and easy to use.

The value for the money was excellent, with a comfortable bed and spacious capsules. The location was fantastic, right next to the vibrant Pontocho area and with easy access to major attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and the lounge area was a great place to relax.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of variety.

The best part of my stay at this hotel was the free beer hour from 5.30-6.30pm. It was a great way to meet new people and socialize. Another positive aspect was the comfortable beds and the ability to set an alarm to raise the bed in the morning. the hotel's central location was also a plus, being close to shopping streets and the Nishiki fish market.

One of the worst aspects was the small size of the pods. They were much smaller than they appeared in the pictures, and I couldn't even stand up when the screen was down.

Friendly and efficient staff who speak English well and are helpful with tourist information. Free beer happy hour fosters a social atmosphere.
