I recently stayed at The Peninsula for one day on the end of my four month trip around Asia. The hotel's location, just across the gardens and in the Gonzalez district, is perfectly situated. The staff provided exceptional service from the moment I arrived, with kindness and warmth at check-in. The concierge assisted me in making a dinner reservation and the front desk staff showed me to my luxurious and plush room. The attention to detail, such as turning down the bed and hanging up my belongings, was a treat. The gym was also great to visit before my long flight in the morning. a fantastic hotel with attentive staff and a perfect location for exploring the city.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the pillows in our room were too soft, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were divine. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to the Tokyo subway and rail systems. the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, providing exemplary concierge service.

Breakfast service was slow and sloppy, with some orders not being accurately fulfilled. the concierge service, especially on weekends, was slow and caused guests to wait in line.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was beyond our expectations, with stunning views and top-notch amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and a short walk to the Imperial Palace. The staff at The Peninsula treated us with utmost care and kindness.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety of fresh fruits.

The concierge's restaurant recommendations fell short. We ended up at a place that lacked character, had average food, and exorbitant prices.

Delicious food at the Chinese restaurant and buffet breakfast. Memorable stay.

The room was spacious with a walk, in robe that doubled as a nursery for our baby. the service was impeccable, with quick and high, quality housekeeping. the hotel lent us umbrellas and helped us with transportation. the location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. Plus, it was quiet at night but close enough to vibrant nightlife.

The entertainment options in the room were limited. the TV had mostly Japanese dubbed channels and the on, demand videos were low, grade.

As a family, we loved the fantastic spa with a superb pool and large jacuzzi. The spacious and well-equipped changing rooms were a great plus. The hotel's location, overlooking the Imperial Gardens and with easy access to Ginza, was ideal. The views from the high floors were breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the door personnel to the receptionist and room service. The concierge provided excellent recommendations and assistance in making dinner reservations. The Chinese restaurant was exceptional, and the buffet breakfast in the basement cafe was delicious.
