The staff provided exceptional service from the moment I arrived, with kindness and warmth at check-in. The concierge assisted me in making a dinner reservation and the front desk staff showed me to my luxurious and plush room. The attention to detail, such as turning down the bed and hanging up my belongings, was a treat. The gym was also great to visit before my long flight in the morning. a fantastic hotel with attentive staff and a perfect location for exploring the city.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the pillows in our room were too soft, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious with a walk-in robe that doubled as a nursery for our baby. The service was impeccable, with quick and high-quality housekeeping. The hotel lent us umbrellas and helped us with transportation. The location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. The entertainment options in the room were limited. The TV had mostly Japanese dubbed channels and the on-demand videos were low-grade.

The concierge provided excellent recommendations and assistance in making dinner reservations. The Chinese restaurant was exceptional, and the buffet breakfast in the basement cafe was delicious.
