Inedible food ruined dining experiences.

The breakfast spread was a hit, and we loved the pool area. Perfect location for jumping into bird watching and hiking adventures nearby. Don’t miss the fantastic dinner spots, and the marina views from our room were simply stunning!

The location was perfect. right near the marina. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a diverse selection. Our room was huge with a very comfortable king-size bed. The pool area was well situated and comfortable. We had a great time!

Absolutely loved the comfy beds and spacious showers. Plus, the Starbucks in the lobby? Yes, please!

However, having to activate my room key more times than I can remember felt like a game of hide-and-seek. And don't even get me started on the charges for a fridge—who knew I was renting a room and a mini-bar?

The staff here are remarkable. they truly make you feel valued. Rooms are immaculate, and the breakfast buffet is a must-try, especially with the homemade coffees available in the lobby.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was malfunctioning upon check-in, and I found the response from the receptionist rather unhelpful regarding an extra bottle of water, which felt slightly inconsiderate.

The pool is on the smaller side and feels cramped during busy weekends!!! Expecting better air conditioning performance and more variety in the menu would also enhance the stay!!!

Everything was impressive! Perfectly located near the marina, making excursions easy. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with made-to-order options and diverse hot dishes. Our spacious room offered a lovely view, complemented by comfortable amenities. The staff were attentive and accommodating. A memorable experience that I’d highly recommend!

The breakfast options exceeded expectations, particularly the made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit, including delicious fruit salads. The staff radiated positivity. Rodolfo's attentiveness during meals and the energetic welcome from Maricruz made the stay feel special. The pool area was not only refreshing but also well-maintained, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Proximity to local restaurants and shops could be improved for convenience, as it required a bit of walking to access the beach. Overall, a great experience with amazing service!

This hotel was just a commendable fit for a city escape in Santa Cruz Huatulco with good value for money. The A/C in my room worked great, ensuring comfort during the warm days. Make sure to explore the local seafood restaurants nearby for some delicious meals.

Location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The check-in process was frustrating with a long wait and no one acknowledging me.

The location was excellent, super close to the beach and restaurants. My room was spacious with a lovely view of the marina. The king-sized bed was super comfy, and it cleaned up nicely during our stay. Just a tiny downside was the air conditioning acted up a bit when we arrived, but it sorted itself out. I was happy overall! Couldn’t have asked for more really!
