I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Huatulco for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach and a variety of great restaurants. The staff, especially Edwin, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The spacious rooms with balconies facing the marina provided a peaceful retreat away from the pool area. The hotel's reliable standards, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and huggable pillows made me feel right at home. The high-speed wifi was a priority for me, and it worked flawlessly, even during online meetings and classes. my stay was a "Peace Of Mind" experience.

The room was great, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. the amenities included an iron/ironing board and a safety deposit box, which was at a reasonable height and size to fit a laptop in. the shower had good heat, and there were blackout curtains, which made for a great sleep. the hotel also provided fresh bottled water every day. the location was convenient, just a quick walk to the beach. the taxis in the area had a set tariff, so no worries about overpricing.

The pool was quite small, with only 13 lounge chairs in an 83, room hotel. the service was sporadic, ranging from average to terrible.

New and clean with modern American style. Friendly staff and close to marina. Good restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to town center. Lots of small, affordable Mexican food restaurants in the town square.

I especially loved the spacious room with a balcony and the reliable high, speed wifi. the hotel also had a good, sized pool and the breakfast was delicious. the fact that they offered free parking for our rental car was a plus. the hotel is conveniently located near the bay in Santa Cruz, which was perfect for our city trip.

The communication before check, in was a bit confusing, as I received multiple messages with the same information. It made me feel like the hotel management wasn't very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We arrived early and were allowed to use the pool area until our room was ready, which was a great start. The location is also excellent, with the center and a small beach within walking distance. We recommend hiring a private boat to explore the secluded beaches and snorkeling spots. The bed in our room was huge and incredibly comfortable, giving us the best sleep we've had in ages. we absolutely recommend staying here for a great experience.

This was my third stay at Holiday Inn and as always, it didn't disappoint. the hotel offers a modern American style and is very clean. the staff is friendly, with Edwin being particularly exceptional. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. the location is great, just a short walk to a beautiful beach and a choice of local and international restaurants. If you're looking for convenience, this is the place. the rooms are spacious and breakfast is delicious, especially the pancakes. I always feel safe and comfortable here.

The menu offerings at the hotel were inconsistent, with one meal that was not good and made my stomach ill. the air conditioning in the room was a constant issue, only blowing cool air for a couple of hours before needing to be reset.
