We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel located on the shore of a beautiful lake. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and even Mt. Fuji in the distance. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a fantastic bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us and explain the public transportation options and times. We enjoyed strolling through the large surrounding grounds and taking in the serene atmosphere. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, as it was extremely clean and comfortable to use. We also appreciated the option of dining at multiple restaurants within the hotel, with the French restaurant being a particularly excellent choice. our experience here was truly memorable and we highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend getaway! the hotel is located right by a beautiful lake and there were so many activities nearby. We loved the fact that we could easily take a tour boat and explore the lake. the views from our room were breathtaking, with a glimpse of the summit of Mt Fuji. And the onsen experience was simply amazing, we visited it multiple times. Another great advantage was the courtesy bus that saved us a train journey, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

The hotel architecture was breathtaking, with stunning lake views. The staff were friendly and well-trained. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food quality and presentation at the restaurants were outstanding.

During my stay at this hotel, I really liked the stunning views of the lake and the surrounding natural beauty. the location was also great, with easy access to the local town and the convenience of a shuttle bus service. Additionally, the onsen was a major highlight for me, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

On the downside, I was disappointed by the outdated and worn-out condition of the hotel, especially the rooms. the lack of proper maintenance was quite evident, with moldy showers and dirty carpets.

The hotel grounds were lovely to walk around, and it was located near the cruise terminal in Motohakone, allowing easy access to neighboring towns.
