The hotel we stayed at during our city trip was simply fantastic. The location was perfect for getting around town, with plenty of nearby activities and attractions. The facilities, especially the spa and hot springs, made our stay even more relaxing. We also appreciated the thoughtful and delicious food options available to us.

We did experience a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The staff seemed somewhat disorganized at times, which led to delays in receiving service. Additionally, while the hotel was generally very clean, we did notice some areas that could have been better maintained. however, our experience was still quite positive and we would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. the spacious room with exclusive amenities was a real treat. the Spa & wellness centre offered an array of relaxing treatments, the Full body massage I received left me feeling rejuvenated. the public onsen was peaceful, and the hot spring bath was both calming and therapeutic. the Restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering a special diet menu that catered to my dietary requirements.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited TV channel selection in Leisure/ TV room. given the hotel's serene garden area and picnic tables, I found myself enjoying the outdoors more than the TV.
