The breakfast was simply amazing, with a great selection of both Japanese and Western options. The staff, especially Ms. Naoka, were friendly and provided excellent service. The spa was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The hotel also recognized our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend hiring a car to explore the area.

The location of this hotel, nestled in the hills and offering a panoramic view, was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous hotel! The lobby design with its open windows created a refreshing breeze throughout the first floor. The Teppanyaki restaurant was fantastic and the gym being open 24 hours was a huge plus. The Deluxe Room was clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. We loved the convenience of having our car parked for us and the shuttle service to nearby restaurants. The hotel also had a beautiful beach area for guests and a handy phone in each room for contacting the hotel.

We had a fantastic New Year's experience at this hotel. the spacious rooms offered amazing views of the golf course and ocean. the customer service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel special. the valet parking was a nice convenience, and the hotel's shuttle service made it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and beach.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the cleanliness of the indoor pool area left something to be desired, with dust and band-aids not being properly cleaned.

I recently stayed at a gorgeous hotel in Okinawa for a relaxing getaway. The staff at this hotel were incredibly personalized and attentive to my likings, making me feel right at home and welcomed despite the intimidating first impression. The cross-communication between shift staff was extraordinary. The hotel's lobby is designed with many open windows, creating a nice breeze on the first floor. The Teppanyaki restaurant was fantastic and the gym was clean. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back.

The staff were helpful with luggage and provided complimentary parking. They even assisted in reserving a restaurant table and obtaining discount tickets for the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. the rooms were clean and well-lit, with a nice view of the golf course. the breakfast offered a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes.

One downside was the lack of a beach on the property, requiring a 20-minute shuttle bus ride. Unfortunately, the last service was at 5pm, so prior arrangement was necessary.
