We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just in front of the JR station. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient for us. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during our stay. The housekeeping team kept our room clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the comprehensive room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms allowed us to have a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and unwind. Additionally, the Wi-Fi provided throughout the hotel was a great convenience for us.

The hotel is conveniently located just in front of Nijo Station, making it extremely easy to access the city's main attractions and the Kyoto central station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fresh, modern design. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The lobby and common spaces have a vibrant atmosphere, offering complimentary coffee, tea, and other beverages. The on-site gym and onsen facilities add to the overall convenience and relaxation. The hotel also offers a nice view of the surrounding area.

The self-serve laundry facilities may not be suitable for those with heavier loads, as the dryers may require additional time.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport making it easy to get around. The facilities were well-kept and we especially enjoyed the gym and hot baths. The staff were friendly and accommodating. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee, tea, and cappuccino in the lobby.

The room was quite small and lacked adequate charging ports. we felt that we may have overpaid for the room considering our friends found cheaper rates for the same time of year.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a hotel in Kyoto! The location was perfect, just a couple of train stops away from the city center. And as soon as I stepped off the train, the hotel was right across the station. The building was new and the staff was incredibly attentive and could speak English. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh, with nothing to complain about. The hotel interior was beautiful and always smelled nice, and the public facilities were always clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, even writing a note for me when I needed something from the pharmacy. I loved the decor of the room and the shower was luxurious with large amenities. The hotel had a convenient location near Nijo Station and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again if I return to Kyoto.

The bed was a bit firmer than what I'm used to, but that's just personal preference. Additionally, I was expecting a room with a view, but ended up overlooking the parking lot.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, convenient location right across from Nijo Station, clean facilities, nice room decor, great shower with large amenities.
