During my stay here, I was extremely pleased with the hotel's location. It was conveniently close to the Japan Rail station, merely a 7-10 minute ride away. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff provided impeccable service. They were always polite and professional, ensuring that my needs were met. I also appreciated the well-maintained rooms, which were both comfortable and clean. It truly enhanced my overall experience.

To summarize, I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. The Saihokukan Hotel Nagano offers luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and a prime location.

Had a great Xmas stay with my family at this hotel! We loved the delicious and varied breakfast selections, and the beautiful views of both the city and mountains. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local shops and enjoying the quiet of the surrounding area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.

The rooms were quite dated and in need a of a renovation. The carpets were worn and the walls had some noticeable stains.
