Perfect location for sightseeing. Great value and fantastic sleep. Shared kitchen/lounges and laundry were a bonus.

We had an amazing stay at a new, modern hotel with a great design. the location was perfect, with dinner options nearby and easy access to major sights and the bus route. the breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of Western and Japanese foods. the staff, especially Saya, Yukiko, and Chinami at the front desk, were exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even arranged for our luggage to be picked up and delivered to the airport, relieving us of stress. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for a group of friends traveling together.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. The JR bus stops were just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. The rooms were beautifully designed, with modern architecture and sleek decor. The bathroom had high-end fixtures and everything felt brand new. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the breakfast spread, with a great variety of both Japanese and Western options. a perfect base for our sightseeing adventures.

The well-located hotel had contemporary minimal Japanese rooms, modern bathrooms, and delicious breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the hotel had attention to detail with artworks by Japanese artists. The decor combined industrial and Japanese sensibilities, and the self-serve laundry was a bonus.

The location is perfect, with a bus stop just outside that provides easy access to major tourist destinations. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near an Aesop shop, allowing guests to indulge in some luxury shopping. Moreover, it is situated in the center of town, making it a great starting point to explore the city.

The space in the rooms might be a bit cramped for families with children.

The room and overall hotel was incredible. I loved the separate shower room as well as all the accessories provided. The laundry facilities were a great bonus. The young woman that checked us in was really cool. Also, the green tea beer is a must try! I highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at Kumu Kanazawa. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the loft room for our family of four. The location was convenient, with a short walk to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

The hotel was quite modern and well-designed. the bed was comfy, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. the hotel also had a decent breakfast with both Western and Japanese foods. there were complementary tea sections on every floor, which was a nice touch.

There were a few downsides to my stay at the hotel. For one, the view from my room was not great.

We loved the central location, with easy access to the Omi-chi market and a variety of food options. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the clean and comfortable Japanese-style room. The modern bathroom and automatic toilet were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
