we had a great stay at this hotel. the room was comfortable and clean, and the views from the top floor were stunning, especially at night when we could see the ferris wheel. the check-in area was a nice touch with amenities like free coffee and a variety of tea options. there was also a convenient store just outside the hotel, which was convenient. overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located near the venue for my business event, providing easy access to Yokohama Pacifico Convention Hall. the views from the reception and restaurant on the higher floors were fantastic, offering a beautiful outlook over Yokohama Bay. having a 7eleven store on the ground floor and a large supermarket in the neighboring building allowed for convenient self-catering options.

The location of the hotel was a bit isolated from the central tourist area around Yokohama station. having the reception on the 20th floor made it a bit inconvenient, especially for late-night access.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Yokohama JR station and is very close to the sites we wanted to see. We also appreciated that there was a big supermarket next to the hotel where we could buy all things we needed. the hotel is adjacent to the convention center, which was a big plus for us. The room was spacious and modern, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. The view from the top floor was absolutely stunning, adding to our overall positive experience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a truly fantastic experience. The location of this place is impeccable, as it is very close to the center of the area. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the museums and other attractions within a short 10-minute walk. Additionally, the hotel is situated right next to the beautiful bay, offering breathtaking views of the Yokohama harbor and the iconic ferris wheel. It was such a delight to wake up to this mesmerizing sight each morning.
