the room had insufficient plug points, leaving me to question how anyone could charge their devices. I expected a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience but received nothing. and, the cleanliness was a joke with dust on my room sign. just couldn’t believe all this for such a so-called upscale hotel.

I had a great time here! Loved the spacious room with a stunning bay view and the lovely bath. Only downside was the automated check-out felt a bit impersonal. Definitely coming back!

During the stay, the view from the superior twin room on the 8th floor was stunning, with a clear sight of the ocean and Ferris wheel. The location included a convenient 7-11 store on the ground floor and a great supermarket just a block away. While the reception staff was well-organized and spoke good English, the furniture in the room showed some signs of wear and tear, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, especially the traditional fish dishes that stood out.

Nice views and decent service

We came here with our 2 kids. Rooms were alright, and the breakfast was a hit! Loved the restaurant staff. they were super friendly. The location's a bit further from the station than expected, though—not a quick walk. We wanted a higher floor for the view, but it wasn’t available. Overall, it worked out fine.

I booked last minute but really glad I did the room was a nice size and the shower was amazing. Plus, the bed was perfect for a restful sleep after a long day and the restaurant downstairs had decent food.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the price felt reasonable considering the comfort and amenities.
