The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from Kyoto Station. We loved the spacious, comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast options, both Western and Japanese.

We had a fantastic stay in a modern hotel located right next to the main train station, which made getting around easy and hassle-free. Despite being located in a busy neighbourhood, the hotel managed to provide us with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and came equipped with a huge, relaxing shower. We loved the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection, and the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

The restaurant staff could use more training; we experienced some minor mishaps during our dinner.

The attention to detail was excellent. The hotel's employee, Ai, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast options were great, with both Western and Japanese choices. The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk from Kyoto station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this stylish hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options. the gym was also fantastic, with top-of-the-line equipment and beautiful views.

The Wi-Fi in our room and the lobby was quite slow. It would have been helpful if the staff had advised us to make reservations for dinner, as we had trouble getting reservations at some of the popular nearby restaurants.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the spa and wellness center was top-notch, complete with a sauna and full body massage services. the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the in-room breakfast, which lacked a variety of options. Despite this, the restaurant and bar/lounge area were great alternatives for dining options, and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch.
