Great Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel's great location near restaurants and shops, along with the helpful and friendly staff, made our stay enjoyable. the lack of variety in the breakfast options might not suit every guest's taste preferences.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tmark City Hotel Sapporo Odori. the convenient location near Tanuki Koji and helpful staff made my trip special. the only minor inconvenience was the slightly firm pillows. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!

The hotel's modern design and cozy ambiance made my stay truly delightful. the stylish decor in the lobby and rooms was easy on the eyes and comforting. Accessibility for senior guests was excellent, as there were well-placed handrails and spacious elevators that made moving around effortless.

It seemed the children working there were in a bit of a hurry during breakfast service, which could feel a tad rushed for older guests enjoying their morning meal.

The hotel staff was helpful and kind, providing excellent service. The location is great for exploring Sapporo, with easy access to the train station and nearby restaurants. The room was bigger than expected and had a well-designed bathroom. The hotel is excellent value for money.

the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a day of exploring the city. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping street and accessible underground malls that led to several local stations.

The location. It was quite far from some of the attractions we wanted to visit, so we had to take a taxi to get around.

The hotel could improve on the location, as it may be a bit far for elderly people or during winter when walking on the road can be challenging due to snow.

Good size Japanese style room, raised platform with 2 beds, sunken well table, separate toilet, wet/shower room. Nespresso machine, generous amenities, eco-friendly stay. Convenient location, close to shopping streets, underground mall, and stations. Helpful staff. Highly recommended!
