The hotel had an amazing staff who were attentive, friendly and warm. They were always ready to help and answer any questions. the hotel was well-designed and had a modern Japanese style. the rooms were spacious, comfortable and had great views. the onsen had a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. the meals were delicious and well-prepared. One of the standout features was the hot spring facilities that were relaxing and catered to all your needs.

There were some issues with the air conditioner, which was not adjustable to a lower temperature. there were mosquitoes that made it hard to enjoy the cool air coming during one of the hotter days.

The warm welcome at the door made us feel instantly at home at this superb hotel. We were impressed with the comfortable lounge area and the delicious welcome drink and cake. The beautiful room provided stunning views and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The onsen with the Pearl water was a truly serene and relaxing experience. The hotel staff, especially the lady who served us during check-in and dinner, were delightful and spoke excellent English. The meals, both dinner, and breakfast, were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We also appreciated the farewell gesture of being escorted to the transit bus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is served in a nice restaurant. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing time in the open air bath with a view of the garden.
