The rooms were clean and modern, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the lobby lounge was cozy, and the outdoor patio was a nice spot to relax. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff during my visit, especially during a stressful situation.

My experience was marred by loud guests in the halls past midnight, disrupting my peace. Additionally, the management's response to a crime in the parking lot was extremely poor.

Enjoyed the comfort and quality of the beds and pillows. this hotel offers a great location close to many restaurants and shops, which made it easier to plan our day trips. the huge TV in our room was a plus, and we found it relaxing to watch our favorite shows while being away from home. a great experience.

The cleaning staff should add shower caddies, making it easier to reach things, especially for people with mobility issues. it's important to note that some account funds are held for a retainer fee, which for people like us, with tight budgets, might limit how much enjoyment we get out of our trip.
