Long waits for the elevator were frustrating!!! Check-in processes need to be expedited, especially during peak hours!!! The check-in ticket system felt outdated and unnecessary for such a large hotel!!!

Soundproofing is severely lacking!!! The automated check-in process caters more to locals, with a cumbersome tablet that defaults to kanji. And don’t get me started on the early 11am checkout—ten dollars per hour for a late stay feels like a scam!!!

I felt like I was on top of the world in my 28th-floor room with breathtaking views over Tokyo! The staff were super helpful, and the location was perfect for accessing the metro and local attractions.

However, check-in was a bit tedious due to a long line, and I would have preferred more breakfast options. It would’ve been ideal to have a wider selection to start the day.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the convenience to public transportation. The room had a nice view over the city, which I appreciated. I found a good selection for breakfast, but options were limited. I took advantage of the iPad in my room to plan my days. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including beautiful gardens. I tried to grab breakfast early to avoid lines. Overall, it felt good to be in a vibrant area.

the staff were friendly and very helpful during my stay from assisting with transportation to ensuring my room was perfect the location is great with easy access to both subway lines and numerous dining options close by. the in-room breakfast was delicious and convenient.

I visited a great spot near a famous stadium and enjoyed the area filled with restaurants. The room was bright and had a view. I was glad to find a money exchange machine in the lobby that made getting local currency easy. I liked the nearby subway stop which was very convenient. I traveled around using the subway and it worked well for my plans. This stay was fulfilling after exploring the city with my family.

The hotel has a big restaurant for breakfast, and I loved the variety. The staff was super friendly and helped us quickly when we needed an extra towel, which made things easier after a long day. It felt nice to have everything just a few minutes away, especially the metro for getting around.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what you get, it was acceptable.

the location is super convenient for events at tokyo dome! the room was spacious and comfy, and the bathroom was nice too. loved the nearby food options, even if they were a bit western. hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, just like you'd expect in japan. definitely gonna stay here again!

the noise from other guests was kinda annoying and the elevator lines were too long. also, the check-out time felt too early at 11am, and the late stay fee is just not cool.
