The busy road out front, which made crossing and pulling out of parking a bit challenging at times. it was a bit different not having staff in the office, but since we didn't need anything during our stay, it didn't pose a major issue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom looked recently renovated and were very clean. The pool and common areas were also clean. They have barbeques available for you to use. a great place with a fair price and only a block from the beach!

We had a great stay at this hotel right across the street from the beach. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near the beach in the Ft Lauderdale area. The staff were friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated their efforts in accommodating our room request and moving us to a much nicer room with a kitchenette. The hotel facilities were impressive, with different hangout zones and unique egg chairs. We loved that there were pool toys available for use and the mini kitchenette in our room was a convenient addition.

this stay at pompano beach exceeded my expectations. sea steps had clean rooms, a beautiful pool area, and friendly staff. the location was perfect, right across from the beach and close to shopping centers and restaurants. i'll definitely be back and recommend to others!

Easy keyless entry without worry. Multiple hang out zones including fun egg chairs. a nice small apartment/hotel room with the basics for a comfortable stay.
