I recently had a fantastic stay at Trip Ueno Nishi Nippori in Tokyo. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the city. the hotel's location, near both the metro subway and JR station, made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. There were also plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a 7-11 and a McDonald's just around the corner. the room itself was impeccably clean and had all the necessary facilities and amenities. the bed was large and the pillows were comfortable. I was also impressed by the multilingual reception staff who were able to assist me in Japanese, English, and Mandarin.

Convenient location, near train stations, spacious twin room, free self-service espresso machine, excellent value for money, helpful and multilingual staff.

The location is perfect, as it is near a major train station of Tokyo and within easy reach of both the JR and subway lines. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff were always ready to assist us in English, Japanese, and even other languages like Chinese and Korean. The hotel also provided free ice cream at the lobby, a delightful treat after a long day of exploring the city.

While the hotel provided earplugs for light sleepers, better soundproofing would have enhanced our experience even more.

I appreciated the free coffee and ice cream that was available in the lobby. the staff, both at reception and cleaning, were friendly and helpful. I also liked that the hotel provided amenities like games and a better hair dryer that could be borrowed for free. the room itself was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan.

Although the room was comfortable, it wasn't the cleanest. There were some light switches in our room that were faulty, but it didn't prevent us from using them.

Hotel Tokyo Trip Nishinippori offers spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near JR and metro stations. The room amenities are well-equipped, and the family room option is great for families with 2 small kids.

There were many local restaurants to choose from, and the complementary Wi-Fi and relaxing area in each room were additional bonuses. I definitely recommend staying here for your next Tokyo visit.

The only negative aspect of my stay was the noise level in the room, which could be heard from nearby train tracks. the air conditioner wasn't as powerful as I would have preferred.
