The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to the center of the city. the room was clean and larger than what I expected for Tokyo. the view from the top floor was amazing, without any tall buildings blocking the scenery.

One unique feature that I loved was the washing machine with a drying function in the room, which made doing laundry incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, from making restaurant reservations to emailing me updates so I didn't have to return to the hotel. This hotel is a great value for money with very comfortable beds and basic amenities like having our own washing machine with laundry. The location is perfect, almost directly above a metro line and with Shinjuku Sanchome subway station right next door. Additionally, the hotel is located near 0101 cinema which was very easy to find from the main shopping street.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and information about the train station. The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay in Tokyo. It was close to the train station, within 10 minutes of Shinjuku station, and only 2-3 minutes away from Shinjuku-Sanchome station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around.
