The location was incredible, just a short walk to the main station and right next to a metro stop. I loved having a laundry machine in my room and a microwave, which made my stay very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience that much better.

Housekeeping was only offered once a week, which might not suit everyone.

Perfect location near Shinjuku with a washer/dryer combo, making laundry effortless. Loved the comfy bed and handy mini fridge!

The location is phenomenal! Many bars and restaurants surround it, making it vibrant. Having a washer/dryer in the room was super convenient.

Noise insulation isn't the best during weekends, which can be bothersome. Limited housekeeping services might not suit all guests.

We loved how comfy the room was and the location was super convenient, right by the metro. The bed was fantastic for crashing after long days. We even found some great ramen and sushi places nearby! Just wished the Wi-Fi had a better connection, though. Those ice machines came in handy, too!

It was quite inconvenient that there were only 2 elevators during busy hours!!! The cleaning service was notably lacking for short stays. guests have to manage their own room maintenance!!! Additional costs for any cleaning beyond the minimal service felt excessive!!! Also, the small room size can feel cramped for extended stays!!! The lack of same-day luggage sending service is quite frustrating, especially for those on the go!!!

the facility has a 24-hour laundromat nearby which is super conveinent. limited daily room cleaning was provided.

I really appreciated having a washing machine in my room. it made it easy to stay fresh during my five-night trip! The small gym and relaxing lounge area gave me some nice downtime after a busy day exploring. Just keep in mind that room cleaning is a bit minimal, but it didn't diminish my overall experience. 😊

Loved the comfy bed and a great shower with steady pressure – felt super refreshing after long days out! The little fridge was handy for keeping snacks cool. Also, you can grab coffee in the lobby whenever you need a pick-me-up. Just wish the room size felt a bit more spacious, especially with all my stuff around.

i loved my stay at tokyo stay. it’s just a 10-minute walk to jr shinjuku station. the room was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. also, the staff were really friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. you can easily find lots of great places to eat nearby.

Room's pretty cramped—good luck if you plan on doing a cartwheel with your luggage! Also, let's just say cleaning service isn't winning any awards!
