One unique feature I loved was the complimentary smartphone in the room, which had free WiFi and was a great help for navigation. The 24-hour convenience store across the street was a huge benefit, allowing me to grab a late-night snack or groceries. The room itself was well-equipped, with slippers, sleepwear, and even a shoehorn provided. a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was amazing, with just a short walk to nearby stations and surrounded by government buildings. I loved taking a stroll down the street to an undercover area filled with great restaurants and shops. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was also exceptional, making me feel valued as a guest.

It is also easy to access from the airport or Tokyo Station via the subway. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice view from the window seat. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the hotel has good facilities such as laundry and currency exchange.

The pillows in the room were a little hard, but softer ones can be requested.

We had a fantastic stay at a great hotel near the heart of the city. The Toshi Center Hotel provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. The spacious lobby and comfortable rooms were perfect for our needs. The bed was so cozy and we appreciated the nice touch of having a bedside table. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore Tokyo, including the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Tower. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a mix of Japanese and Continental options. a wonderful experience that made our stay in Tokyo memorable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room during my recent city trip. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff at the reception were helpful in calling for taxis. The location near multiple metro stations made it easy to explore the city.

That the nearest metro exit had only stairs and no elevator, which may be difficult for some travelers. Another aspect I disliked was the lack of flexibility regarding early check-in.

The room was beautifully cleaned with a stunning view of the city. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Imperial palace gardens and the center of Tokyo. The metro station was conveniently only 2 minutes away, and most tourist attractions were within easy walking distance. The direct bus connection to both Narita and Haneda airports was also just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.
