Stunning views from the onsen are unforgettable.

During my stay, I found the buffet restaurant to be a bit chaotic, especially at breakfast when it was difficult to find a table. Additionally, check-out time at 10:00 am felt too early and rushed, which left me scrambling to gather my things. The slippers were quite aged and could have been more comfortable. a small detail that shouldn't go unnoticed when you're trying to relax in such a beautiful location.

In-room coffee would have been nice, though!

For a unique experience, try parking in section B or C for easier access. Enjoy the onsen views at sunrise for a peaceful start to your day.

The location by the lake is spectacular, providing stunning views and direct access to the shore for fireworks. Breakfast offered an impressive variety, including traditional Japanese options that surprised with their quality. However, the buffet was somewhat chaotic, especially during peak hours, making it challenging to find a table. Parking options were convenient, but the surrounding area felt quite deserted, particularly on weekdays, limiting dining choices nearby.

The stunning lake view from my room was a total highlight! Plus, fireworks right outside were a delightful surprise. The facilities were well-maintained and a joy to use.

But, oh dear! The shower situation felt like a game of limbo, and don’t even get me started on the sink—better to soak in the onsen instead!

the view of lake toya from the 8th floor onsen is absolutely amazin, like wow. the food at the buffets was super delicious, way better than expected! i loved the variety they had, breakfast and dinner were both awesome. the japanese style room was a cool surprise and comfy, made the stay even better. overall, a nice place to chill and enjoy the scenery.

Had such a jol soaking in the onsen with a stunning view of Mt Yotei! Brekkie and dinner were super lekker, loads of fresh Hokkaido vibes. The room was huge and comfy, made the stay even better. Staff were also chommies, really helpful.

But, gotta say, the place feels a bit dated—could use a revamp here and there.

Had an awesome time soaking in the onsen while enjoying breathtaking views of Mt. Yotei! The sauna and open-air bath were fantastic relaxation spots after a day of exploring. The only downside was the buffet food could've used some more attention to quality, but overall, it was a fun stay! 🌄

Loved the unique foot bath outside, stunning lake views, and the cozy library with a grand piano. The evening fireworks were a real treat!

Just a fine choice for a brief retreat in Toyako with excellent value for money. The dinner was great, and the ramen was even better! Make sure to take advantage of the tatami rooms for a unique sleep experience.

the onsen is absolutely amazing! i loved soaking in the outdoor baths while enjoying the fantastic lake views. the staff were delightful and very attentive, even helping us navigate the buffet restaurant which had so many yummy options (like a food paradise! ).

check-out time was a bit early, though. 😅
