The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel was lovely, with a nice pool area that was never overcrowded. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was delicious.

The hotel could use some renovations, as some areas looked a bit tired and dated. The atmosphere around the bar and restaurant areas was lacking, so we often opted to eat elsewhere.

the resort felt secluded and hidden, yet it was only a short walk away from everything we needed. the manager made us feel valued by personally checking in with us during breakfast. the breakfast itself was impressive with a great variety and an amazing egg station. the resort provided a homely oasis where we could truly relax. the staff were lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. the hotel was charming, and even though it was older, it still had a nice ambiance. the pool area was pleasant and never overcrowded. the location was perfect, with a quick walk to the beach and the main street. We also appreciated the hotel's shuttle service that dropped us off anywhere in the Sanur area. Our room, a family room, was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had an intimate feel, like a place where you would meet up with friends year after year.

I recently stayed at Parigata Resorts And Spa for a week-long family vacation. The location was perfect, situated between a clean beach and a bustling main street. We enjoyed stunning sunsets at Warung Indah Pantai and found many great dining options nearby. The pool was small but lovely, with a charming waterfall and ample clean towels. Our room was spacious and had good water pressure. The mini fridge was a convenient addition. The hotel staff were friendly and the spa was clean and competitively priced. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, amenities, and service.

bathroom needs modernization

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely resort in the heart of Sanur. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds and a balcony where I could relax in the evening. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection and the complimentary transportation service provided by the hotel. the pool and surrounding grounds were well maintained, providing a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to this resort in the future.

I had an incredible time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location, surrounded by impressive established gardens and a beautiful tropical garden with a waterfall, was absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, providing outstanding and friendly service. I especially appreciated the room amenities, such as the air conditioning and in-room safe, as well as the free toiletries and electric kettle. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also top-notch, offering delicious food and drinks. I was impressed with the quality of service and the lovely garden area.

Some of the sun beds at the beach location could use replacing as they are quite old and damaged.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to assist us with any questions or needs. the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of delicious food and the pool area was clean and enjoyable for relaxing.

Our room was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. However, this was a very minor issue and didn't detract from our overall experience.

Great value and super spacious room, perfect for a one night stay. Bathroom was jaw-droppingly large. Pool and grounds were mind-blowingly lovely.
