I recently had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, right next to the tram station which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, always eager to assist with any requests or questions I had. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, from the ironing facilities to the free Wi-Fi. The comfortable bed and air conditioning made for a great night's sleep, and the free toiletries were a nice touch.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The family room at Toyama Manten Hotel was superb for our stay. It provided a traditional Japanese experience with tatami floors and single beds. The room size was adequate for our family of four and the staff quickly responded to our inquiries. We even had our forgotten power bank returned to us at our next hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy the fantastic hot spring bathing facility and a relaxing lounge area. The hotel also offers free WiFi, making it convenient for guests to stay connected.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was reported to be very ordinary and the hot items were not served hot.

The hotel had a good variety in breakfast and the onsen was a great experience. the hotel provided free train tickets for a round trip to the station, which was really helpful for us as we were carrying a lot of luggage. Plus, it was located in a good area, close to the main attractions of the city.

The price was high compared to other hotels in the area. the staff didn't seem comfortable speaking in English, which created communication gaps.
