We had an incredible time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a popular mall and a convenience store just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were impressed with the efficient air conditioning and the great water heater in the bathroom. The lobby was stunning, setting a luxurious atmosphere for our stay. We also enjoyed the bar and swimming pool facilities, although we unfortunately didn't have a chance to use them.

That it was difficult to reach out to the hotel staff for specific requests, such as airport transfers and surprise birthday flowers.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at this hotel and overall, we had a good experience. the lobby is stunning and the rooms are spacious with complete toiletries provided. We were also glad that the AC worked perfectly and the heater kept us warm during a chilly night. the bar and swimming pool looked inviting though we didn't get the chance to try them. One thing we loved most about this hotel is its strategic location. It's just a stone's throw away from the Festive Mall and there's a Watsons store nearby for our convenience.

There were a few things that didn't meet our expectations. it was a bit difficult to contact the hotel staff when we needed assistance with the airport transfer and surprise birthday flowers that we paid for.
