The hotel's location was perfect for our Xmas stay, with easy access to a nearby train station and a convenience store within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a cozy vibe. We especially appreciated the linen and room spray they provided.

We had multiple disturbances during our stay. Noises from outside were easily heard due to the thin walls, which woke us up several times each night. Additionally, the hotel only had one elevator, which caused wait times of up to 10 minutes. An alarm went off during our stay, which turned out to be a false alarm caused by shower steam, but the experience was unsettling.

The hotel is modern and pretty, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom is spacious, and there are nice toiletries provided. The staff, particularly the Nepali receptionist, is very kind and helpful. The location is great, close to a subway station, making it easy to explore Osaka. The hotel also offers an affordable price for a nice and clean room.

The walls were thin, so we were constantly disturbed by noise from other guests. The hotel only had one elevator, which meant long waits and difficulty exiting at the right floor.

enjoyed my stay at this central Osaka hotel. Cosy rooms, convenient location near subway and plenty of breakfast options nearby. The staff was friendly and the free drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This makes it easy to explore the city and reach the city center in no time. there is a nearby convenience store for any quick supply runs. The room itself was cozy and clean with comfortable amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The walls in the hotel were too thin, causing disturbances from noise outside the room, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
