Exceptional service from start to finish

From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel at home. Khalid at the front desk was particularly welcoming, upgrading my room and treating me to a complimentary dinner!

The only downside was being approached multiple times by external vendors offering excursions. I would have preferred more organized options directly from the hotel to make planning easier.

My family and I had a fantastic time at The Mirage Resort & Spa. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Khalid, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The spacious Deluxe Villa was impeccably clean, and the pools were wonderfully maintained. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of delicious options every day, including flavorful desserts that kept us satisfied.

The only downside was the quality of some drinks.

The bungalows were clean and cozy, with daily maintenance and fresh bottled water provided. Food options were plentiful at the buffet, especially the breakfast spreads! Friendly staff added a welcoming touch to our stay!

We had an incredible 2-night stay at the Mirage Resort! From the warm welcome with mint tea to our cozy Superior Bungalow that boasted beautiful decorations and a comfy seating area, everything was perfect. The breakfast spread was sumptuous, featuring pancakes, fresh fruits, and a variety of cheeses. The fitness center offered a great view of the pool, and the staff, especially the management team, were super attentive, making sure we had everything we needed with genuine smiles. A fantastic experience overall!

WiFi could definitely be improved in the room.

The staff exhibited incredible friendliness and attentiveness, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Our Superior Bungalow was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing retreat after long sunny days. Breakfast featured amazing fresh pancakes along with diverse options, ensuring a great start to each day. However, the presence of external vendors offering excursions was slightly intrusive, and while the Wi-Fi was adequate, improvements could enhance overall connectivity.

This resort is a lovely little escape! The accommodations are beautiful, and they cater to family needs with connecting rooms. Plus, there's a fantastic variety of food that kept the kids happy all week!

But beware of the beach. camel droppings make for an amusing but unsanitary stroll! And let's just say, the Wi-Fi was about as reliable as a chocolate teapot.
