I had an outstanding stay at a hotel in central Tokyo. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern design. The bathroom facilities, including the hinoki tub, were fantastic and provided a relaxing experience. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was perfect for accessing Tsukiji and Ginza.

The hotel offered a private bath for hire and we enjoyed the nearby Tsukiji Fish Market and Turret Coffee.

The location is convenient, with metro and train stations nearby, as well as various convenience stores. We enjoyed the Hinoki bath in the room, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The minimalist design and spacious shower were impressive. The staff went above and beyond, even providing towels on a rainy evening. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was key, walking distance to great shops and restaurants. the room was clean and comfy with lovely details, like the scent of wood, and complementary amenities like a minibar and Nespresso machine. Best aspects: the staff were really helpful and accommodating, speaking excellent English and always available to lend advice or help make arrangements.

Not much to criticize, but the slow elevator was a minor annoyance. The breakfast options were pretty limited, mainly bento boxes and we were hoping for more variety.

The service at this place was exceptional, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the area and provided us with useful sightseeing recommendations. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the abundance of room amenities available, including ironing facilities, mini-bar, and free toiletries. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary features, such as heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.
