The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They helped me find great restaurants and even gave me a ride to the station. The bar/cafe downstairs was really cool, with a laid back atmosphere and live music. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious. The hostel had all the facilities I needed, and everything was clean. The location was convenient, right in front of a tram station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff, facilities, and atmosphere were top-notch.

We had an exceptional stay at this hostel. the manager, Satoshi, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. His fluent English made communication a breeze. the dorms were comfortable and well-maintained, with plenty of toilets, showers, and wash areas. We were fortunate to meet some wonderful fellow travelers during our stay, which added to the overall experience. Although the hostel is located a bit far from the city center, it was easy to reach it in less than half an hour using the frequent trams. there are some main attractions nearby, and we highly recommend visiting the fantastic rooftop onsen with its incredible view of the sea.

We had an amazing stay at a hostel in Hakodate during the Golden Week holiday. the beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. the bar/cafe downstairs had a laid-back and fun atmosphere. the staff, especially Akira the owner, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even gave us a lift to the station on our last day. It was a good place to meet other travelers but also suitable for a quiet stay. Families were also staying at the same time as us. the location was convenient, near a tram station, and there was a free footbath nearby. the room and the shared shower and toilet were clean, and toiletries were provided. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception before check-in, and the owner arranged a cab for us when we had to leave early. One of our best hostel experiences yet!

tune hakodate hostel & musicbal exceeded our expectations during this stay. the room was big and clean, with a nice shower and toilet. the owner was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. the location next to the tram station was convenient for exploring the city.

We had a great experience at Tune Hostel & Musicbal. the room setup was excellent, ensuring privacy for each person, making it easy to sleep and rest. the shower, toilet, and sink facilities were top-notch, and we loved the provided conditioner, shower gel, and shampoo. the first floor bar added a fantastic atmosphere, and being able to order food and drinks late at night was a bonus. It was also convenient to have a supermarket nearby for getting food. the manager, Satoshi, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and his English skills were impressive. it's a perfect place for longer trips that won't break the bank on hotels all the time.
