I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff at the reception were during my stay. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was nestled in nature but still close to the city. I loved the peacefulness of the hotel's surroundings and the fact that there was a huge parking area available. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped.

We stayed at Magione Papale Relais for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with a large garden and pool area. Our son and dog loved the well-kept playground area and the big garden. The rooms were well equipped and the breakfast was good. We also enjoyed the restaurant with its amazing food and the terrace for summer evenings. The style of the place and the hospitality of the personnel made our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast has a wide selection and attentive wait staff. English-speaking staff are kind and helpful. Will consider returning.

Spent lovely Easter with family here. the gardens were stunning with different types of flowers in full bloom. the playground area kept the kids entertained while the adults enjoyed soaking up the sun by the pool. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center and with easy access to public transportation. Rooms were equipped with everything we needed and breakfast was delicious. the staff was always friendly and helpful.

We did have a few drawbacks. Despite the open window, the heat was too high as we couldn't switch off the heating system.
