The hotel's location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the station. It was so close to the station that it made getting to the airport in the morning really fast and convenient. The cleanliness of the room, including the bathroom, was impressive. The hotel facilities were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the fact that they had a washer and dryer available for use. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English very well.

We were thrilled by the stunning view from our room at Ueno Urban Hotel. We could see the magnificent Tokyo Skytree and, on clear days, even catch a glimpse of majestic Mt Fuji. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We were also impressed by the affordable washing machines and dryers available at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly helpful. The hotel's location, just a short walk from Ueno Station, made exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions a breeze. In addition, the surrounding area offered a variety of great dining options and vibrant pubs.

The room at Ueno Urban Hotel was smaller than expected, but surprisingly comfortable. The fast wifi and free coffee were a great bonus, and I loved the advanced little toilet with a heated seat! The hotel's location near JR Ueno station was fantastic, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo and catching a flight from Narita airport. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful, and even assisted me in filling out a form to send my luggage to my next destination. On top of everything, the unexpected view of Tokyo Skytree from my window on the 14th floor was a delightful surprise.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering a greater variety of options or adding some local dishes to the selection. it was a minor downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay at this conveniently-located hotel.

The hotel had laundry facilities, so I could finally wash my polka dot panties. The 24-hour front desk was useful when I couldn't decide on my late-night cravings. The free WiFi in public areas was great for Instagramming my mediocre breakfast.

Amazing seat-warmers in toilet, super thoughtful cleaning lady leaves fresh towels, happy and friendly employees, very close to train station and street market, surprisingly quiet room, fast internet with ethernet cable and wifi support.

We stayed at a clean and comfortable room near Ueno stations. It was a short 10-minute walk to Ueno Shinkansen line, JR Ueno lines, and airport Keisei Ueno station. the staff were helpful and friendly. There were plenty of interesting eateries open till late around the hotel. the location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from Ueno Station. It was convenient to get taxis and there were convenience stores nearby. the staff spoke English well and were accommodating. the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. the hotel had laundry facilities and fast WiFi. a great hotel in a fabulous location.

The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond to help me. They provided me with chopsticks when I needed them and were incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring the city. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a short walk to the train station and there were plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.

The pillows were a bit too hard for my liking. They felt like sandbags and weren't very comfortable.

The staff spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. The hotel provided convenient bag storage, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious, and the added perk of 24/7 free coffee was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to access Ueno's train stations, Ameyoko, and Ueno Park. From my room on the 14th floor, I even had a surprise view of the Tokyo Skytree!
