We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Unplan Shinjuku! The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the small table and storage space in our pod. The bathroom and toilet were always clean, and we enjoyed the convenient location. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond when I had a nosebleed. We loved the social atmosphere and the opportunity to meet new people.
