As a business traveler, I appreciated the helpfulness of the database staff in assisting with my needs. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. The bathroom was also well-equipped. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of options. Free parking on the rooftop was convenient, with a lift that takes you down to Penny supermarket next to the hotel.

During our stay at Hotel Santo, we were delighted to discover the impressive continental breakfast selection. The variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone's taste. Additionally, the cocktail bar provided a fantastic ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some delicious drinks. The convenient location near the Karlsruhe zoo, along with good connectivity via trams, made it easy to explore the city. The availability of both underground and rooftop parking spaces was a welcome bonus. The cleanliness of the room and excellent cleaning service throughout our stay were highly appreciated. we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Santo to others.

Spent my easter weekend at a hotel in the heart of the city and couldn't have been more pleased. the breakfast was absolutely amazing, so much variety to choose from including fresh fruits, pastries, and great coffee. the room was also really spacious and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. the hotel also had a delightful cocktail bar that served delicious drinks and snacks. Plus, live piano music on Saturday nights made for an awesome evening in.

Although the hotel was great, the noise level from the busy street was a bit distracting at night, which made for some less restful sleep. the heating was also a bit wonky in the room, which was a bit of a bummer.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. It's also very close to the railway station, making it convenient for travelers. The staff are friendly and informative, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is good, with a variety of options available. Additionally, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and has mineral water dispensers on every floor.

The lobby is a bit dark and could use more lighting.

The breakfast at Hotel Santo is fabulous, with a great variety of choices for any taste. The fresh juices, fruits, bakery, and rich selection of tea and coffee are a great way to start the day. As a budget traveler, I found the room and bathroom to always be super clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional, and there is even a nice bar located at the hotel property. I particularly enjoyed the coffee machines available in the room and lobby, offering coffee, cappuccino, latte, at all times. a great experience.
