The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was close to two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The 7-11 convenience store connected to the hotel was very convenient, and I loved having it right downstairs. The room was cozy and clean, and I appreciated the eco-friendly approach to washing the sheets on request. The amenities provided, such as towels, shampoo, and conditioner, were all high-quality. The public bath was a nice bonus, and I enjoyed using it. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests I had.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during our romantic weekend in tokyo. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants. the modern and comfortable room, delicious halal breakfast options, and relaxing public bath made our stay even more enjoyable. we will definitely choose Via Inn again!

I recently had a fantastic stay at Via Inn in Akasaka. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, with both the Ginza Line and Marunouchi Line subway stations just a short 3-5 minute walk away. There were plenty of dining options within a few blocks of the hotel, making it convenient for me to find a place to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the fresh towels, pyjamas, and slippers that were provided daily. a great experience at Via Inn.

The best aspects of this hotel were the helpful and friendly staff. They provided new towels, slippers, and pajamas daily, even if we didn't want our room cleaned. The location was also great, with two tube stations just a short walk away. This made it easy to get around and saved us precious time. Additionally, the modern room and comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable.

The worst aspect of this hotel was the small size of the rooms. It was difficult to fit two suitcases, and there was limited storage space.

We had a wonderful stay at Via Inn Prime! The location was perfect, with three metro stations within walking distance and plenty of amenities nearby. Having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was a super plus. We especially enjoyed the hot spring bath onsite and the convenience of being able to check the availability of facilities through the in-room TV. The rooms were comfortable and had proper tables for us to work from. the location, facilities, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Despite the positives, the elevators seemed to take a while, causing delays when trying to get to my room. Crowding during peak hours at the public bath also made it difficult for everyone to use the available facilities.

I stayed at Via Inn Prime Akasaka for 8 days and it was a highly enjoyable experience. The location is great, with easy access to multiple train lines, making it convenient to get around. Having a 7 Eleven right below the hotel was incredibly convenient, especially since it is open 24/7. The on-site laundry room was a big plus, with lockable machines and detergent provided. Additionally, being able to check the status of the machine from the TV in the room was a useful feature.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
