I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received upon arrival at Civitel. The reception staff made me feel right at home. They even upgraded my room as a special treat for my birthday! The attention to detail and customer service were truly exceptional. The hotel had plenty of sunbeds available both by the beach and the pool, ensuring a relaxing stay. When I found the bed in my room to be too hard, the cleaning lady quickly provided an extra mattress to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant staff were also exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. my experience at Civitel was special and memorable.

The Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel was quite poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had an amazing time at this beach resort. The location was perfect, right in the center of the island, making it easy to explore different parts of the island on day trips. The bungalows were peaceful and quiet, with a lovely garden view. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Spent an unforgettable Christmas in a lovely beach hotel! the food was top-notch, especially the festive dinner and breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities which were perfect for relaxing during cold days. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and with stunning sea views from the room. Plus, the hotel had a great selection of activities to keep us entertained, including holiday-themed events and games.

Although we had an amazing stay overall, there were a few minor things that could have been improved. the room was a bit dated and could have been updated, including the bathroom and bedding.
