During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel with easy access to train and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service and always willing to assist with any queries. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good water pressure in the shower.

The room was quite stuffy even with the heater turned off and pillow too high for my liking, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the breakfast ran out quickly and with early set timings, making it hard to enjoy a leisurely morning meal.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access various train and subway lines. This allows visitors to reach any major part of the city in just 20 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. the breakfast buffet offers a decent variety of options to start the day off right.

It would be convenient if there were more USB ports in the bedrooms for charging devices.

The bed was super comfy with just the right level of firmness. The room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel provided clean towels every day, even when we didn't need housekeeping. The location was convenient, with a supermarket, 7-11, and Lawson stores nearby. The wifi speed was amazing, perfect for remote work. I highly recommend Via Inn for a comfortable stay in Tokyo.
