I enjoyed my stay at Via Inn Shinjuku! The breakfast was outstanding, with a delicious mix of Japanese and Western options. The staff was super friendly yet professional, instantly making me feel at home.

However, I found the room a bit cramped, especially when juggling my luggage. Navigating from the metro to the hotel could be tricky, so a cab might be a good idea if you have lots of bags.
