The hotel's location was amazing, with easy access to the subway station and being within walking distance of popular shopping streets like Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The convenience of having a 24-hour Aeon supermarket right downstairs was a major plus. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff, despite the language barrier, made a great effort to communicate and assist me during my stay.

Could not be improved in any way.

The location of Via Inn was fantastic, just a short walk away from Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori. It made exploring the city so convenient. The rooms were clean, new, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself felt modern and well-maintained. I liked that they had amenities conveniently placed next to the elevator, so I could choose what I needed.

The hotel had a convenient location as there was a currency exchange and 24/7 super market nearby. the room was relatively spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Plus, the hotel was affordable which was a great benefit during the expensive Christmas period.

the staff were inflexible during check-in, not allowing us to check-in even if our room was ready before the official check-in time. the beds and pillows were extremely hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. It is also within walking distance to the popular Donburi River area and a supermarket. The rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of lights and a selection of quality teas and drip coffee. The staff is friendly and able to communicate in English. Additionally, the price is reasonable even during peak periods.

Some guests have mentioned that the lighting in the rooms could be improved, as the current setup shines directly into the eyes and is not adjustable.
