The breakfast, location, cleanliness, staff, and 7/11 were all great. Convenient access to subway lines, main stations, and airport transport. Spacious room, quiet and comfortable. Underground food and shopping options nearby.

The lobby of the hotel is quite impressive and the staff seemed friendly enough. the location of the hotel was great for easy access to public transportation and plenty of places to eat. the view from the restaurant was quite beautiful and added to the overall experience.

I found the room to be quite small and cramped and it was not cleaned well. the lack of provided water was quite inconvenient and disappointing.
